Rip Rap, Albuquerque District’s non-published newsletter, which is available only on our website, seeks to inform the public, customers, stakeholders and partners about the District’s work.  It is one of the key tools used by our District to promote the common regional picture and execute our strategic communication plan.  Through Rip Rap, we communicate transparently and openly to tax payers about the progress we are making or have made on myriad projects.  Click here for issues prior to August 2010.
