The downstream side of the Coolidge Dam, Nov. 14, 2019. The district is working on awarding a construction contract for the Bureau of Indian Affairs to upgrade the dam's hydraulic and electrical systems, install two 8-foot diameter butterfly valves, and work on the penstocks.
