USACE’s Albuquerque District led a Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) luncheon to build on its strong Small Business Programs here, Sept. 14, 2022. The event provides district leadership an opportunity to communicate with industry on upcoming opportunities, gather interest from potential industry sources, discuss legislative changes, and learn from industry what current issues may be impacting their abilities to do business with the government.

“This year’s luncheon was very successful, and we saw a significant increase in attendance,” said Stephanie Parra, small business programs deputy, USACE-Albuquerque District. “We got the opportunity to highlight many new projects that will require industry support for the coming years.”
