BERNALILLO, N.M., -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is partnering with Eastern Sandoval County Arroyo Flood Control Authority (ESCAFCA) to examine the existing conditions of the spoil bank levees within the Town of Bernalillo, N.M. Here, a truck used with the drilling is traveling along the levee.
