    On March 17, 2019, seven members of the Albuquerque District participated in the annual Bataan Memorial Death March, a 26.2 mile trek to honor Veterans of World War II.

    The mission of the Regulatory Program is to protect the Nation's aquatic resources and navigable capacity, while allowing for reasonable development, through fair and balanced decisions.     The Forging of a Partnership

    The common phrase, “throw yourself into the fire” can be construed as having a negative connotation to some folks. However, in the case of Santa Clara Pueblo, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District partnership, this phrase sheds a positive light on how the two parties forged a strong, and mutually beneficial, relationship during, and after, five federally declared national disasters, in the aftermath of two New Mexico wildfires.
