SUMMARY OF PROPOSED ACTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pueblo Regulatory Office is relocating to Fort Carson (6082 McGrath, Buildng 1359, Fort Carson, CO 80913). Daniel Delgado will continue to serve as the regional point of contact for regulatory inquiries within the southeastern portion of Colorado.
