  • PUBLIC NOTICE: SPK-1994-75186

    Expiration date: 8/31/2023

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application from Parker Harrell to construct the Twilight Meadows Lot 13R project, located within the larger Cascade Village Twilight Meadow Subdivision, which would result in impacts to approximately 0.06 acres of waters of the United States (WOTUS). This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.

  • SPECIAL PUBLIC NOTICE: Lead Federal Agency and Fact Sheet

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District is issuing this special public notice regarding designating a lead federal agency for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and any other applicable federal law when projects involve multiple federal agencies with overlapping jurisdiction.

  • PUBLIC NOTICE SPK-2004-75197; County Road (CR) 522 project

    Expiration date: 6/25/2023

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, (Corps) is evaluating a request from the Grand County Board of Commissioners (applicant) to extend the expiration date of a previously issued Department of the Army (DA) Standard Individual Permit which authorized the construction of a two-lane road and pedestrian trail within waters of the United States (WOTUS). The applicant was initially provided Corps authorization for the project on June 15, 2012, and received a previous permit extension on August 31, 2020. Another extension has now been requested to allow for time to complete the project. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.

  • SPA-2023-00093 Marksheffel Tributary Realignment

    Expiration date: 5/13/2023

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application from Bradley Heights Metro District No. 2 to realign a reach of an unnamed tributary (hereby referred to as Marksheffel tributary), install a series of instream structures, and grade channel banks, which would result in permanent impacts to approximately 0.125 acre of wetlands and permanent impacts to 0.52 acre of streambed along 2,458 linear feet.
