    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District is evaluating a proposal by the Clock Land Corporation to establish the Cramer Creek Mitigation Bank (Bank). The Bank would result in the establishment of open water (ponds) and enhancement of riverine wetlands and stream banks. Details of the proposed Bank may be found in the attached Prospectus and on our RIBITS website at https://ribits.usace.army.mil. The purpose of this public notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed mitigation bank and to solicit comments.

    This special public notice announces the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Albuquerque District electronic submittal requirements for activities requiring a permit or permit verification where more than ten (10) impact locations are involved.     The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, (Corps) is evaluating a permit application by the Signature Realty Capitol Corporation to construct the Westgate at Powers Commercial Development, which would involve impacts to approximately 2,370 linear feet of waters of the United States in Sand Creek Center Tributary. This project was previously authorized on June 1, 2010 but was not constructed prior to permit expiration on June 1, 2015. There have been no changes in the project design features. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District (Corps) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are evaluating a permit application from American Gypsum LLC (American Gypsum) to expand its existing operation and continue to extract gypsum from the White Mesa deposit on Pueblo of Zia land. The proposed project would result in impacts to approximately 0.7 acres of waters of the United States and/or navigable waters of the United States (WoUS). This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.
