The Northwestern Colorado Branch operates out of the Grand Junction field office and includes the following counties: Delta, Eagle, Garfield, Grand, Gunnison, Hinsdale, Mesa, Moffat, Montrose, Ouray, Pitkin, Rio Blanco, Routt, Saguache, San Miguel, and Summit. If you have questions about the regulatory program and your project is located in one of these counties, you can contact our office for further assistance.

How to submit requests and information: All permit applications, preconstruction notifications, requests for jurisdictional determinations, compliance certifications, and monitoring reports should be submitted through our Regulatory Request System. Within 5 working days from submitting your request, you will be notified of the assigned project manager and project number. With the exception of compliance certification forms and monitoring reports, information relating to existing pending projects can be sent directly to the project manager assigned to the action.
