Conchas, N.M. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at the Conchas Dam Project is temporarily closing the Southside Recreation Area Boat Ramp, due to low lake levels, effective Monday, May 7.
The Southside Recreation Area campground, Juniper Day Use area, boat ramp parking lot and walk-in shoreline access will remain open to the public.
The North Recreation Area Boat Ramp, operated by New Mexico State Parks, is open and available for vessel launching and recovery.
