We are responsible for planning, organizing, directing, overseeing, and evaluating the Albuquerque District Commander's Safety and Occupational Health Program. We strive to be proactive and maintain a safety and healthy culture through the continuous implementation of the Corps of Engineers Safety and Occupational Health Management System (CE-SOHMS).

Required Notification Timelines

Report ALL Mishaps and/or Good Catches by completing Engineering (ENG) Form 3394, USACE Mishap Notification and Investigation.
