EXTENSION OF PUBLIC NOTICE COMMENT PERIOD FOR THE COLORADO MITIGATION PROCEDURES AND THE COLORADO STREAM QUANTIFICATION TOOL

Expiration date: 10/11/2019

The Corps of Engineers is extending the public comment period for federal, state, and local agencies and officials; Indian Tribes; and other interested parties to consider and evaluate the use of the Colorado Mitigation Procedures (COMP) and the Colorado Stream Quantification Tool (CSQT). Any comments received through October 11, 2019 will be considered by the Corps to determine whether to modify, adopt, or terminate the use of the COMP and CSQT. Comments, both favorable and unfavorable, will be accepted, made a part of the record, and receive full consideration in subsequent actions on these procedures.
