  • SPA-2018-00329-SCO – Draft RGP 15 for City of Colorado Springs Permanent Extended Detention Basin (EDB) Maintenance Activities

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, (Corps) is proposing to issue Regional General Permit (RGP) 15 for maintenance of existing stormwater management facilities under the City of Colorado Springs Permanent Extended Detention Basin (EDB) Maintenance Program. This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed RGP and to solicit comments.

  • SPA-2018-00270-SCO - Proposed Fountain Creek Mitigation Bank

    Expiration date: 10/25/2018

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District is evaluating a proposal by SCP Conservation, LLC to establish the Fountain Creek Mitigation Bank (Bank). The Bank would result in the restoration of riparian wetlands adjacent to and within the Fountain Creek floodplain with an up to 750-foot upland buffer, where possible, within the property boundary. The purpose of this public notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed mitigation bank and to solicit comments.

  • SPA-2011-00258-SCO - Proposed Cramer Creek Wetland Mitigaiton Bank

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District is evaluating a proposal by the Clock Land Corporation to establish the Cramer Creek Mitigation Bank (Bank). The Bank would result in the establishment of open water (ponds) and enhancement of riverine wetlands and stream banks.   • SPECIAL PUBLIC NOTICE: Required Submittals for Multiple Impact Locations

    This special public notice announces the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Albuquerque District electronic submittal requirements for activities requiring a permit or permit verification where more than ten (10) impact locations are involved. The purpose of this requirement is to expedite the required data entry by USACE staff and reduce the amount of time required to process permit applications and pre-construction notifications.
