    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District (Corps) and the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) are evaluating a permit application to construct the Bradner Reservoir Enlargement Project, which would result in permanent impacts to approximately 13.43 acres of waters of the United States in or adjacent to Bradner Reservoir (see details below). This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed activity and to solicit comments.

  • RGP 11: For Exploration and Production Wells and Associated Facilities in the Corps of Engineers Albuquerque, Fort Worth, and Tulsa Districts within the states of Texas and Louisiana

    SPECIAL PUBLIC NOTICE - Purpose: RGP for Exploration and Production Wells and Associated Facilities in the Corps of Engineers Albuquerque, Fort Worth, and Tulsa Districts within the states of Texas and Louisiana. The purpose of this RGP is to expedite authorization of recurring work that would have minimal adverse impact on the aquatic environment. This RGP contains provisions intended to protect the environment, including natural and cultural resources. Work that does not comply with these provisions may require an individual permit. However, compliance with the conditions contained in this RGP does not guarantee authorization of the work under this RGP. Work or structures that would have unacceptable authorization that are not specifically covered by this permit are prohibited unless authorized by a separate permit.

  • REVISED RGP NM-12-01: FOR REPAIR AND PROTECTION ACTIVITIES IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

    Expiration date: 3/31/2014

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, hereby revises Regional General Permit (RGP) NM-12-01 for repair and protection activities in emergency situations within the State of New Mexico. The purpose of this public notice is to inform interested parties of the revised RGP and a new Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) form that is specifically available for use with this RGP.
