The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, is evaluating a permit application for the Fort Carson Army Garrison to reconstruct the intersection of Butts Road, Bad Toelz Road, and the Tank Trail, also known as the “Crow’s Foot” intersection. Sand Creek Basins No. 6 and No. 3 (SPA-2013-00571-SCO)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, is evaluating a permit application for the City of Colorado Springs to construct two full spectrum regional extended detention basins between Forest Meadows Avenue and East Woodman Road in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado. Basin 6 would be constructed on an unnamed tributary of Sand Creek, and Basin 3 would be constructed off-stem and adjacent to the mainstem of Sand Creek. Details of the project are provided in this public notice and in the attached maps and drawings.
