This notice is to inform interested parties of the proposed modification of RGP 96 with statewide coverage and to solicit comments.

Public Notice of Permit Reissuance - Regional General Permit 96 – Natural Disaster Mitigation and Flood-Related Activities in Colorado

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque and Omaha Districts, hereby reissue Regional General Permit No. 96 (RGP 96) for discharges of dredged or fill material into waters of the United States associated with natural disaster mitigation and flood-related activities within the state of Colorado. The expiration of RGP 96 is September 30, 2026.
