Under the umbrella of the Flood Risk Management Program is the Floodplain Management Services Program (FPMS).  The FPMS Program was developed to assist the people who live and work in the floodplain to understand the flood hazards and the actions they can take to reduce property damage and to prevent loss of life by flooding.
