In response to the evolving COVID-19 public health emergency, the Albuquerque District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is implementing a plan to ensure continuity of operations. While USACE business functions will continue during this time, some functions may be temporarily modified or suspended. For the immediate future and until further notice, we ask that you refer to the information below and electronically submit all Department of the Army Regulatory Program permit applications, requests to alter, occupy, or use USACE projects, and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests:

If you are unable to send electronic files due to file size or any other reason, please contact your POC by phone or email to discuss alternatives. To determine who is the primary POC in your area, please visit one of the following links:
- For all FOIA requests, please send an email to FOIA-SPA@usace.army.mil. Please be advised that disruption in normal operations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic may result in responses to FOIA requests being delayed or impaired.
