NATO multinational battlegroup Estonia demonstrate combat readiness during Exercise Bold Eagle
Testing their readiness to defend the Alliance’s eastern flank’ , NATO’s multinational battlegroup Estonia deployed alongside NATO Allies recently, for Exercise Bold Eagle. The seven-day exercise in Estonia challenged Estonian, French, Polish, UK and US forces’ readiness to navigate the complex, boggy landscape of the northern Baltics. Heavy armour, including the British Army Challenger 2 tanks – weighing over 60 tons – navigated the landscape, honing the critical mobility skills essential to Estonia’s defence. The UK-led NATO battlegroup is one of eight based along NATO’s eastern flank, demonstrating Allies’ resolve and readiness to defend Alliance territory and populations. Footage includes shots of British Army Challenger 2 tanks, Warrior Infantry Fighting Vehicles, and Estonian and UK infantry training in trench warfare. Soldiers Heroically Respond to Route 71 Crash
On June 9, Soldiers from the 465th Transportation Company responded swiftly to a serious three-vehicle accident on Ohio’s Route 71, providing critical aid to injured civilians. Six Soldiers rendered first aid, triaged victims, extinguished a car fire, and maintained control of the scene until emergency responders arrived. SPC Luis Rodriguez performed lifesaving CPR on an unresponsive child, who regained consciousness before paramedics arrived. The Soldiers’ quick actions, discipline, and leadership exemplified Army Values and brought great credit to themselves and the U.S. Army.

Training With Industry (TWI) Program
The Training with Industry (TWI) program is a work-experience program to provide an extensive exposure to managerial techniques and industrial procedures within corporate America to competitively selected officers. The Army Acquisition Corps offers this assignment to highly motivated and skilled officers in the grade of O4-O5. Applicant backgrounds are matched up against desired and required skills of the specific companies. Training received is normally not available either through the military school system or civilian university system. USN and Japan Amphibious Assault 15 July 2025
Japanese amphibious assault vehicles from 1st Amphibious Rapid Deployment Regiment land on the beach in Queensland, Australia on July 15, 2025. Members of the regiment have been living and training with Australian Soldiers, U.S. Marines, and U.S. Sailors for the past several days as part of Exercise Talisman Sabre 2025. Talisman Sabre is the largest bilateral military exercise between Australia and the United States advancing a free and open Indo-Pacific by strengthening relationships and interoperability among key allies and partners, while enhancing our collective capabilities to respond to a wide array of potential security concerns.
