U.S. Soldiers assigned to 4th Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment conduct a multinational convoy from Germany to Hungary during Saber Guardian 25, June 6–8, 2025. Across three days, 2CR Soldiers executed vehicle movements through the Czech Republic and Hungary, staged at Camp Croft, and conducted offload and sustainment operations in support of NATO’s mission to maintain readiness and interoperability across Europe. DEFENDER 25 increases the lethality of the NATO alliance through large-scale tactical training maneuvers and long-range fires, builds unit readiness in a complex joint, multinational environment and leverages host nation capabilities to increase the U.S. Army’s operational reach.
