Slavica Terzic, wife of incoming district commander Lt. Col. Jerre Hansbrough, was presented with yellow roses during the change of command ceremony at the district office, July 7, 2022. Yellow is a sign of welcome and new beginnings. The budding flowers represent the anticipation of things to come.
