ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Lt. Col. James Booth recognizes Tom Bueno as the District’s employee of the third quarter, FY2016, Aug. 1, 2016. A program manager in the District’s Military and IIS Section, Bueno has successfully led some of the District’s most challenging Project Delivery Teams over the last quarter. “He has responsibility for most of the District's highest priority projects. His professional, calm, level-headed method of doing business has helped immensely during very challenging changes and schedule issues for these in-house and AE-designed projects. The District's customers are very pleased with his abilities and skill in overcoming the obstacles presented in these complex projects.”
