FORT CARSON, COLO., -- 52nd Engineer Battalion Commander Lieutenant Colonel Danielle Ngo (left) and Albuquerque District, Commander Lt. Col. Antoinette Gant sign a Memorandum of Agreement focusing on NCO and officer development August 21, 2013, at Fort Carson, Colorado. The MOA furthers cooperation between the District and the 52nd Engineer Battalion, located at Fort Carson. NCOs and Junior Officers from the battalion will have the opportunity to spend three months working with the District focusing on quality assurance/control.
