The medal also emphasizes the history, customs, and traditions of the Corps of Engineers community. Recently nine district employees were recognized with a de Fleury Medal.&lt;br/&gt;

A record turnout of approximately 100 volunteers spotted eight eagles during the annual event at Abiquiu Lake. 78 eagles were sighted at the event at John Martin Reservoir. &lt;br/&gt;
