Trinidad Lake


A 700-acre lake, located 3 mile west of Interstate 25. Ice fishing allowed if conditions permit.

Boating conditions: The boat dock is closed as of Dec.1 and won't reopen until spring.
Fishing conditions: Currently 50-60% iced over (unsafe for ice fishing), the South Shore and boat ramp area are open for shore fishing. Mid lake is open water.
Trout: Fair, try the south shorea.m. and p.m.
Flies: Streamers and wooly boogers
