ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – District Commander Lt. Col. James Booth recognized (l-r) Tim Tetrick, Mike Prudhomme, and David Abbott, Sept. 26, 2016, for their help in completing the 30% Cost Estimate for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Albuquerque Complex project located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Lloyd Foster, Michael Guerin and Henry Martinez will also be recognized by Lt. Col. Booth for their work on the project.

The certificate of achievement nomination reads in part, “Their help in completing this extremely critical estimate was invaluable in allowing the project to continue on time, allowing NNSA to submit the costs to Congress for a Critical Decision milestone which will provide justification to continue with the project to construction award. Without their help, the project would have been in jeopardy of at least one fiscal year’s delay or cancellation.”
