During this time, we are unable to evaluate individual permit applications, pre-construction notifications (PCNs) for nationwide permit (NWP) or regional general permit authorizations, or requests for jurisdictional determinations. Work on these actions will proceed when the government reopens.   • U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Issues Emergency Flooding Permit Public Notice

    In an effort to assist New Mexicans who have been adversely affected by the recent floods, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquerque District, has issued an emergency permit which can be used to authorize emergency post-flooding projects in New Mexico under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act.
  • East end of Trinidad Lake reopened to boating

    The boat ramp and the east end of Trinidad Lake are reopened to boating. The west end of the lake is still closed to boating for wildfire aircraft access. The off-limits portion of the lake is clearly marked with buoys and an island.
