Corps of Engineer’s South Boat Ramp Now Open at Conchas Lake

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., -- The Albuquerque District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, announced today that the Southside boat ramp and day-use recreation area are now open for public use at Conchas Lake, N.M.

The Corps’ staff at Conchas added approximately 32 feet of concrete boat ramp and an additional 20 feet of temporary steel ramp that can now be used for single lane boat launching. Approximately 20 boaters used the new ramp extension on the 4th of July.
