KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. – The District attended a Milestone Event for the Bulk Fuels Project Aug. 13, 2015. The event marked the beginning of an extraction well that pumps 100 gallons per minute to a treatment center where the contaminants are removed. One million gallons of water have been treated so far.
